Tobias Zeiser has been one of the elders in the Arche (Ark?) since 1986/1987. He grew up in the church and was involved in many areas of ministry from an early age. He served in the leadership team of the youth group and is now active as deputy small group leader and in the preaching ministry at Arche Hannover.

Tobias works full-time as a doctor specializing in women's health and enjoys spending time running and cycling. He also takes part in triathlon competitions. Tobias is married to Daniela and has two children.
